Ongoing Monitoring
At least one walk-through inspection per year, and additional drive by inspections. Move-in and move-out inspections with photos, we collect the security deposit, first month's rent and sign the lease in person with tenants. We also provide/collect keys in person.

24/7 access to our online owners' portal; we also keep you appraised of all laws, codes and regulations pertaining to tenants and property owners, and ensure compliance. It doesn't happen often, but should tenants not pay rent, we will also serve them with the necessary notices, and work with an attorney, as needed.
Coordination of Repairs
First point of contact for repairs, issues, questions, etc. Your personal contact information is kept confidential. We will manage any repairs/issues on your behalf using licensed and insured vendors for all repairs and services. No mark up fees on repairs.
Financial Resources
Annual itemized reports and tax forms for owners (your accountant will love us!) Detailed report of rents collected, fees paid and repairs made.
